Top Ten Tuesday (5): Characters You Wish Would Get Their Own Book

Top Ten Tuesday: Top Ten Characters You Wish Would Get Their OWN Book

Hosted by: The Broke and the Bookish

toptentuesday

1. Jen, from Significance -Shelly Crane

Jen’s love story is just briefly described, being an important subplot to Maggie’s one. Jen is Maggie’s significant sister. She has a daughter because she was raped once (Please correct me if I’m wrong).  But she also longs to have a significant. She does get her happy ending, but I’d have loved to see that story told in a separate book.

2. Puck, from The Iron Fey series -Julie Kagawa

Because, duh.

3. Kishan, from The Tiger Curse Saga -Colleen Houck

Kishan belongs to what I call: Males that are meant to play an important role in the MC’s love life but that we know won’t actually get the girl, and they’re often better than the real love interest.

Just saying.

4. Nikolai, from The Grisha Trilogy -Leigh Bardugo

He might be falling into the aforementioned category, but Nikolai has a charm that makes him shine on his own, without needed to be the third angle of a wacky triangle. (He kinda is, but meh)

5. Nick, from the Altered series -Jennifer Rush

I remember him being very mysterious. And o.o With a lot of emotional luggage. *Thankfully, his book is actually in the making*

6. Eddie, from Bloodlines -Richelle Mead

Eddie appears also in VA, but has a heavier presence in Bloodlines. He definetely has potential, with the things he’s been through.

7. Murtagh, from Eragon -Christopher Paolini

Because, bad boys. (And Garret Hedlund)

8. Hermione, from Harry Potter -J.K Rowling

Because Hermione is the epitome of heroines.

9. Genya, from The Grisha Trilogy -Leigh Bardugo

This girl. This girl is one of the bravest girls in YA.

10. Nilima, from the Tiger Curse Saga -Colleen Houck

Not a major character, but I think it’d be worth it if she had an adventure of her own.
