Phew! I almost didn’t make it for this Mini Challenge! But here they are, my bookish high fives!
- Book
Right now, I’m still book hungover because of Finnikin of the Rock. I feel as though I haven’t praised as much as I should have. I mean, that thing is perfection! If you haven’t checked it out by now, you totally should. You won’t regret it.
- Genre
A story set in the normal world but with fantasy elements thrown in is my current crush, so I’m gonna go with Urban Fantasy
- Author
Melina Marchettas has made me very happy. 🙂
- Blogger
Just today, through Twitter I met Ms. Tanya Contois, and she’s definetely made my day because first, from that convo, I’ve gained two new blogger friends, and also she’s been blogging for SEVEN YEARS. SEVEN YEARS people. I don’t know how she’s done it, but she’s got my complete respect because of that. She blogs at Romace At Random.

Finnikin of the Rock (+ the rest of the Lumatere Chronicles) is amazing. I absolutely adore Marchetta and her writing, and can’t wait for you to read the rest (if you haven’t already). (Have you tried out her contemporaries yet?) So thrilled you’re enjoying the Love-a-Thon!
